Six sportspeople have been inducted into the Shoalhaven
Sporting Hall of Fame. The inductees include Dale Bryce,
Tony Pitt-Lancaster, Paul Greene, Bob Webster, Kevin
Robinson, and Bob King.

Council is conducting a widespread baiting program for the
control of foxes and wild dogs at 90 sites across the
northern Shoalhaven. All pet owners should be aware that the
lethal poison 1080 will be used. Find out more information

As part of the Australia Day celebrations for 2009,
Shoalhaven City Council in conjunction with the Australia
Day Council (NSW) will be presenting two Citizen Awards and
two Sports Awards to residents of the Shoalhaven City area.

Council is conducting a survey on the State of the
Environment report. The survey results will provide council
with information for the State of the Environment Report for
2007-2008.

is launching its 2008 Threatened Species Competition for
primary school students. All primary schools are encouraged
to enter with students able to enter individually or as a
class.
